At its sole discretion, INTAJOB may choose to terminate or suspend your user account at any time and for any reason, without notice to you.

15. Indemnity

You must indemnify and hold harmless INTAJOB and its employees, contractors and agents and keep them indemnified, against all loss, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses (including legal fees), claims and damages arising from:
a. any breach by you of these terms & conditions; or
b. reliance by you on any information obtained from this WEBSITE; or
c. your access and use of this WEBSITE.

16. General provisions
