Key responsibilities include budget development and management, cash flow management and modeling, business valuations, financial and strategic planning, P&L management, operating and working capital, merger and acquisition negotiations, auditing and compliance, etc. A good financial controller resume should narrate all these qualities effectively.

A financial controller resume should be results oriented and should display a proven record of accomplishment. As this is a supervisory position, employers will look for someone with management experience and excellent professional qualifications. It is vital that the applicant present the resume in a clear and concise manner, and that they highlight achievements from previous roles such as reduction of receivables, increasing cash flow through credit analysis etc. Emphasize these points in your resume for a greater chance at success.
