Human Resources Resume

As the employees are the main asset of any business, HR perhaps can be considered the most important role. This is a particularly competitive field, so to be considered for employment, your HR resume will really need to stand out.

The tasks are many and varied, and involve hiring, training and firing among others. The HR manager will be required to keep on top of an extensive amount of paperwork, and will be looked to as the responsible party should certain employees not live up to expectations.

Whilst hiring is a key responsibility, training and work environment management are also very important aspects of the human resources role, and therefore your resume must highlight your ability to carry out these tasks. As the person responsible for the employment process (most of the time), you will also need to set an example to other staff members.
